Bucket list.

So, spring break was last week and I can offically say that I can cross the first thing off my bucket list. Everyone one has a bucket list. Something you want to do before you "kick the bucket"! Some of mine include going to the Stanley cup finals, which I did last year, skydiving, which I have yet to do. But last Tuesday I saw Andrew McMahon perform live.

Andrew McMahon started out with his high school band Something Corporate that made it big. Later, when the band broke up he started Jack's Mannequin. It was then my friends introduced me to them and I feel in love not only with their music but Andrew's story. He battled cancer, and beat it,  and is currently starting a solo career. Tucson was the first stop on his tour. Therefore, we were the first group to see him solo!

Something Corporate days.

Days with Jack's Mannequin

The one and only AM!

Here are some pics from our Tuesday night activities! We got a chance to speak with him and even scored an autographed concert poster, which is proudly displayed in my room!

Erich was getting frustrated. The opening band was running
2 hours behind schedule.

Finally took stage

Lauran, me, and Shayna

Well, if you don't have a bucket list make one!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!

Life Update!

Well, Spring Break is next week....THANK GOD! I am in desperate need for a vacation...like, I mean, ASAP. School is/ life is putting it's toll on this little ginger!

Oh, and I say "little"ginger as a relative term because I hit me 50+ weight loss mark!

NO MORE FAT PANTS! EVER!

Amongst school/studying I still am able to find the time to bowl on Tuesdays,  and read to my favorite mijos! Oh, and get a little crazy on the weekends!

John and Steph at bowling league!

It's a good thing I have been spending time with little kids because.....IM GONNA BE AN "AUNT"!?!?!?! My cousin is having a baby, and will hit her 20 week mark next Friday! Also,  we are taking family bets on if its a boy or girl. My vote....BOY! I'll let you guys know next week!

She gains...I lose!Never, ever, ever, thought I would see/say/type that in my life!
GLORIOUS!

Well, hope everyone has a great spring break and that life is beautiful wherever you are!

P.S. A Special shout out to Samantha (John's sister) she turned 15 today and we celebrated at BJ's! They have the best pizza!

Ain't No Birthday, Like An xGANx Birthday!

So as many of you know the group of friends that I hangout with have a little name for ourselves. We call ourselves xGANx. I could tell you what it means, but then i'd have to kill you! We have a great community with each other. We are supportive, loyal, and people that know how to have a good time!

One of the best things that we do for each other is make sure that every birthday is special! With that being said, I recently cleaned out my camera and found these pictures from past birthday celebrations.

First in January with one of my best buddies Zach's birthday. Shayna and John surprised him by fixing his car. The rest of us got things for his said car. He was so surprised, and even his Mom and Aunt came to witness the unveiling of his "new car".

Here are a few from January 15, 2013!

Best friends!

So surprised!

New wheels!

John's dad, John Sr. fixed Zach's car. We drove to his auto shop to say thanks, and give a couple of hugs!

Then it was time for cake!

Mamma Kels, and John setting up!
Princess cake!

Hope it was a good B-Day!

This past weekend it was another xGANx members Birthday! We celebrated Kasey's birthday with Tacos made by her wonderful mother, and a surprise appearance from her best friend Val that drove in from Phoenix!

Here are some pictures from March 3, 2013!

So surprised!

Tears are a flowin'!
Kasey's amazing pinterest cake!
Phenomenal!

We gotta have group photos!

Let me just say that when you play with my camera, it will come back to haunt you! Cute Jackie!

All in al,l nobody celebrates Birthday's quite like us!

Love my xGANx fam!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!

For Jackie.

So as you may know due to every blog I've ever posted one of my besties Jackie is, well...awesome! Sometimes, I really am blessed to have such great friends in my life!

Well, today I am super proud of Jackie for completing her first 8 weeks of nursing school. Jackie attends Grand Canyon University which has an accelerated 18 month INTENSE nursing school program.

To put it in perspective she'll be graduating next August, oh, and she will barely be 21 years old! Yeah, she is one smart cookie!

Anyway, this is just a special shout out to her! Everyone needs a special shout out sometimes and I know she has been working really hard lately. So hopefully this post will make it all worth it, or any consolation for that matter!

We "blue steel" together!

We "twerk" together!

We...well, whatever

In other news, I am watching Stephanie and Cory's house/their "little dog" better known as THE DUTCHMAN!

First things first, I would like to commend them on their front yard landscaping! Looks freaking phenomenal! Great Job!

Second, I think Dutch and I are closer than ever! We snuggle, and he even waits for me to get out of the shower!

He makes me be the big spoon, and I'm okay with that!

Lastly, I almost witnessed a Coyote thrashing last night. We still lost, but I had a lot of fun with 2 of my bosses and a co-worker. Seriously, I went to a hockey game and ended up seeing a boxing match. Every.Single.Time.

We had 5th row tickets. I've decided, 5th row is where it's at! I had a broad view of everything! Mainly, and most importantly, I had a blast.

I still can shake this cold, and this pink eye (don't ask).

Go Yotes!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!
Keep up the good work Jacks!
