A New Semester, A Fresh Start

THIS IS MY 101th POST! YOU'RE WELCOME!

Well, as I sit in between classes I thought I'd give un update. To begin January was an absolute mess, but a good mess if that. My family and I had so much going on it was kind of a blur let's lay out the month in bullet points k!

21st birthday beer to shot ratio.
That's not me!?
Holiday Party.
I cannot believe that you can smoke in there.
My sister is about to pop!
Kristin makes the best signs!

My fav shot

As valentine's day approaches I realize that I am single, very, very, single.

Haha.

But on a side note. I could not be more proud of my sister and her commitee! Not only is she working full time and  pregnant, she managed to pull off another successful Mardi Gras Party teamed with The Community Food Bank! This party is designed to raise money and awareness of how hunger effects our community. No word on the Dollar amount raised but last year totaled around $100,000.00!

Way to go!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!

This Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR READERS!!! Sorry for the slackin'!

My friends and family couldn't stop talking about resolutions, a.k.a the crap they will never stick to these last few weeks.

I wanted to take a different approach. I spend a lot of time looking at the past only because I take so many pictures.

While I was sifting through them in hopes of writing a 'Year In Review' post, I decided to do a "Things I Won't, Things I Will Do Again" list.

Lets get started.

1) This year I promise I WON'T stress myself out. Not about school, not about work, not even about friends.  As for school goes, you only get out what you put in. So, if I spend 10minutes studying for an exam, I'm not going to expect an A.  For work....let's be honest...I flip burgers. While I love my job it's not my forever. So things that are important now, not so much in 3 years. And friends...I can't please everyone. I make mistakes. IM ONLY HUMAN, and for that matter a ginger...I have no soul.
See those stress lines?!? Can a girl get some Botox please!!!!???
Lord help me! I look like the Roman Busts I studied
in my History class this fall.

2)  This year I WILL continue to study in bars at 10am. Oh how I love the smell of rum rolling off the 60+ year old gentlemen wearing 'Vietnam Vet' hats crowd. Also Lisa at Frank's never charges us for Dr. Peppers!

Typical Tuesday. Thanks for the support/Study buddy Ashley!

3) This year I WILL continue to take screenshot on Snapchats. Sorry Steph and Kristin. If you don't know what Snapchat is...google it. I don't have time to explain one of the most dumbest, useless, funniest apps currently available in the app store.

Nice faces...ladies!
4)  This year I WILL continue to play as a substitute player in my sister's Bunco group "The Bunco Bitches". This rowdy group of girls makes for a fun night, always. Plus i'm two for two on winning! I made a total of $70 off these "Bitches"!

The more I drink, the better I play.

5)  This year I WILL continue to organize and plan bonfire nights! Even if it does require driving around at 3am in my dad's beat up old Nissan to find firewood, couchs, and pretty much anything that will burn/stuff that people leave in their front yard! Some of my best nights with friends have been spent around this hole. Wouldn't trade em for all the gold in a treasure box!

HOWEVER......

6) This year I WON'T continue to play with fire.  They call me  the redheaded pyro.

Jt and I have been know to make a few bad decisions.

7) This year I WILL appreciate my job more.  Like I mentioned before this job is not my forever, but if it's midnight and all my friends are out and I knee deep in trash I hope to recognize it could be worse. I could be knee deep in S**T. Sorry plumbers.

I hate love Tuesdays!

8) This year I WILL make the time to play card games with my friends!

Cards Against Humanity! My favorite!

9) This year I WILL learn Karate or something. No more kicks to the face from Erich.

10)  This year I WON'T continue with my bad study habits. While studying on a Beer Pong table is convenient and at sometimes sticky...I WILL utilize the library on Campus! Promise!

So much room. So much distraction.

11) This year I WILL make more sister time! My sister Stephanie is having a baby in, well, OMG 45 days!!! Holy cow! But that doesn't mean we still can't enjoy the Cheesecake Factory from time to time!

Love you Steph!

12) This year I WILL try to use my SUPER NICE/EXPENSIVE camera more! It takes such good shots why wouldn't I?  However I WON'T force people to be in my shots without their consent. I think my friends were getting a little annoyed!

Look at these pics!

13) This year I WILL play and practice my guitar more, even it includes help from a cute mija like Lily!

14) This year I WON'T continue to live the stereotypical college life style! Can I get some plates and silverware PA-LEASE!

Cheers!

15) This year I WILL try to remember that while my friends and I are growing up, we are still kids at heart! Thanks for the reminder, Ruben (my future ex-husband!).

16) This year I WON'T eat so many sweets. While I have a set of sweet teeth... I think I will skip the community 'Let's Eat a Giant Cupcake Day!'.

HOLY!

17) This year I promise that I WILL brush my hair more. Good gravy....look at my side part! Yikes.

Even Johnjohn is grossed out. Ashley told me to look in a mirror,

18) This year I WILL complete my Apple Technology collection and get an IPad! Trust me I got this one!

19) This year I WILL wear my cowboy boots more often....

but  I WON'T turn into a redneck. promise.

Really Tucson?
and Lastly

20) This year I WILL complete my first Country Thunder experience! Does this add to the redneck agenda I promised not to pursue? Whatever?

See y'all in APRIL!!!

Maybe you should make a list of WILLs and WON'Ts!
Have a glorious year everybody!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!

Iraq.

We won best dressed! Clearly!

Needless to say we had a great time!  The winners were Greece. Here's a before and after! Congrats Jt and Ruben!

Two of the biggest clowns I've ever met.

xGANx decided it would only be appropriate to make this a bi-annual!

Hope everyone had a swell week/weekend! Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!

Summer Part III

I've been staring at this computer screen for about an hour trying to find a way to tell you guys why I went on a writing vacation. Despite me being quite the embellished story teller.... I can't seem to find one.

But here it goes...I've been really, really, ridiculously... lazy.

To begin where I left off my cousin, Nicole, was blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Norah Diane. She is getting bigger and bigger everyday.

On an even more exciting note, my sister Stephanie is pregnant.  Days before my cousin gave birth I did a little photo shoot. Couldn't be happier with the way the photos turned out.

FUTURE BEST FRIENDS

FUTURE BEST FRIENDS

You read that right! These two are going to be parents!

Oh, honey....

I truly wish you three nothing but happiness!

Lets see...what else have I been up to? Oh yeah, I headed to PHX with my buddies for a little 'Before We Head Back to School Mini-Vacation'! So much fun!

Fun little side story: Lost my phone. Find my Iphone App directed me to a Valet Parking Lot trash can. Phone recovered! God Bless Technology!

Here are some photos from our weekend away! From visiting the World's Largest Laser Tag Area, to Water Parks, and sitting around the Jacuzzi of Phoenix's most beautiful resort, wouldn't trade those memories for the world.

That tongue though....
Had a quiet  little Labor Day BBQ!

Not a drop of mustard was spilt on that Boy's shirt.
Just in case you wanted to know!
I still continue to be the third wheel wherever we go. Not sorry

What happens when two of your best friends date each other....

Had to say goodbye to a good friend. Good luck in Colorado Kailee!

Drinks by the pool. This is how she will remember us.

Had to say goodbye to a good phone.

R.I.P. Zach's phone.
It still rings! HA!

Paige is still stealing my glasses from time to time....

Took a summer school course real quick. Got an A, come on now..it's me!

Campus life.

I hate exam days! But when you get encouraging SnapChats from little mijas like this!
 You just gotta love em!

Simply adorable!

Helped lift a friends spirit when she was down.

"Sorry you got Fired" Heart

Sold my doodlebug. Insert tears.

Sorry Dad...she had to go!

Drank some  lots of tequila with my parents and their friends!

Saturday at Jim's.

Spent some time in the Maternity Section with my sisters Stephanie and  Kristin.

Broke my diet...blame my friends.

Met a Russian. Still don't know his name.

Hahaha.

Watched Jackie sell her beloved first car.

Preliminary cleaning job!

Played a few rounds of Pool at Franks!

All it took was a tall Guinness for Erich to shoot a solid in!

But most importantly ended the summer with my friends by my side. Always. xGANx.
It was fun Summer 2K13!

Hope life is beautiful wherever you are!
